Hospice Care Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to increase patient access to hospice services
• Initiate marketing and promotional activities to meet budgetary volume projections
• Conduct market assessments and develop comprehensive marketing plans
• Educate facilities, families, and the community on the hospice benefit
• Support the care team by gathering referral information and following up on pending referrals
• Assist leadership in strategic planning and volume projections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least two years of healthcare marketing experience, preferably in hospice care
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
