Horloger Grandes Complications

Responsibilities

• Control and adjust movement functions involving major complications such as perpetual calendars, minute repeaters, gyrotourbillons, and celestial functions
• Perform assembly tasks for high-complexity movements, with assembly times potentially reaching up to 500 hours
• Manage the casing and hand-setting processes for these exceptional timepiece models
• Conduct kinematic analysis and perform autonomous adjustments and retouching to ensure mechanism functionality
• Execute quality controls and technical adjustments according to instruction sheets and established standards
• Support product development by transferring activities to the laboratory during specific missions
• Train other watchmakers on specific products and technical processes
• Communicate effectively within project teams and contribute to continuous quality improvement

Requirements

• CFC Horloger or an equivalent professional watchmaking qualification
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with exceptional, high-end timepieces
• Mastery of complex horological complications
• Exceptional manual dexterity and fine motor skills required for delicate operations
• Proven ability to analyze complex kinematics and perform technical troubleshooting
• Deep knowledge of various existing horological complications and specialized equipment
