About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability within the HoReCa customer group in the region
- Implement centrally defined customer strategies at the store level
- Select customer portfolios for Sales Representatives and set/monitor their targets
- Take responsibility for sales goals, including new active customer growth and Cash & Carry/Delivery channel development
- Manage personnel costs and budget
- Supervise Sales Representatives' activities, productivity, and motivation through coaching and training
- Analyze delivery channel development and initiate actions to improve sales and service quality
- Collaborate with store delivery departments to improve processes and customer service
- Monitor sales results against KPIs and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade and direct sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Knowledge of the HoReCa market
- Higher education degree
- Communicative English skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, analytical, and sales skills
- Active Category B driver's license
