Hook-Up Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control the Hook-up phase of offshore energy projects in accordance with client and contractual requirements
• Manage project constraints regarding time, cost, HSE, and quality procedures
• Identify Hook-up needs during E&P phases, including constructability, material management, and make-or-buy decisions
• Define the Hook-up Project Execution Plan and interface with Fabrication, T&I, and commissioning teams
• Support the Project Management Team in defining budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and cost control reports
• Ensure engineering disciplines incorporate Hook-up requirements into detailed deliverables and material tagging
• Oversee resource mobilization and ensure subcontractor specifications and technical bid evaluations are completed timely
• Coordinate the offshore team to ensure smooth campaign completion and effective handover to the commissioning team
• Represent the company towards clients, partners, and subcontractors regarding contractual aspects of the Hook-up phase

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Hook-Up Manager
• Extensive experience within the Oil and Gas industry
• Fluency in English
