Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct the project team regarding daily work and planning
• Supervise field workers, machine operators, subcontractors, and pavers
• Maintain contact with clients, project leaders, and environmental managers
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality
• Ensure safety and adherence to planning and budget
• Provide input for designs and phasing during the tender phase
• Maintain a positive atmosphere and team spirit on the project site

Requirements

• Mbo 4 or HBO level in civil engineering, earthworks, roadworks, or hydraulic engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a field supervisor in earthworks, roadworks, or hydraulic engineering
• Knowledge of project planning, contract agreements, progress reports, and safety regulations
• Strong technical insight and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain calm and overview under high pressure
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and municipalities
