Responsibilities

• Direct and manage supervisors, subcontractors, and site preparation specialists.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring work is completed according to planning, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage logistics by ensuring necessary materials and equipment are available on time.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety and health regulations on all project sites.
• Coordinate schedules and activities with fellow lead supervisors from other disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and costs, collaborating with project managers and clients to implement solutions for changes in execution or environment.
• Organize and execute quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Mbo 4 or HBO level education in civil engineering, earthworks, road construction, or water construction.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a supervisor in earth, road, or water construction.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, contract agreements, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to maintain calm and oversight under high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients like Rijkswaterstaat.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
