Honors Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Design the training plan for the "Líderes Plus" Honors Program components and document all processes.
• Manage economic resources and coordinate general program sessions and team meetings.
• Coordinate the annual call for applications and the selection process for honors students.
• Manage and coordinate program supports, including tutors, facilitators, workshop leaders, and examiners.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and support to current and prospective program students.
• Teach the co-curricular subject of Experiential Leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, or related fields.
• Previous experience working with Social Programs.
• A passion for teaching and strong public speaking skills.
