About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver documentation required for the registration of new and used vehicles in France
- Manage Ecoscore files and mandatory environmental declarations
- Provide documentation and support to the distribution network regarding vehicle homologation
- Submit Cnitage files to UTAC and manage reversible transformation requests with CNRV
- Monitor vehicle stocks and registrations to ensure regulatory compliance
- Establish environmental declarations and submit Ecoscore dossiers to ADEME
- Perform regulatory monitoring for homologation and environment
- Coordinate with vehicle converters and represent the manufacturer at CSIAM meetings
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +2 technical or administrative degree
- 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive homologation, regulatory compliance, or environment
- Knowledge of European and French automotive regulations (UTAC, CNRV, CO2, noise, pollutants)
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- English level B2 required
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
