Homeschool & Dual Enrollment Admissions Counselor

Responsibilities

• Manage a recruitment portfolio of prospective homeschool, hybrid, and dual enrollment students to meet annual enrollment goals.
• Maintain consistent follow-up contact with prospective students via phone, email, text, and personal visits.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local homeschool networks and community groups.
• Conduct interviews and provide campus tours to prospective students and their families.
• Evaluate applications for admission according to established institutional criteria.
• Maintain accurate and current contact records in the recruitment database/CRM.
• Collaborate with the registrar’s office to complete dual enrollment registrations.
• Assist with special campus events and serve as a peer mentor for new admission counselors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to demonstrate and articulate a personal Christian faith in alignment with the college mission.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Experience working within the homeschool or dual enrollment community.
