Homeroom Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction to Grade 1 students using a creative and enthusiastic approach
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a productive and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate effectively with department colleagues and staff across different school phases
• Maintain strong interpersonal communication with students and parents to support student progress
• Utilize IT skills to enhance teaching and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Arts/Science plus a Bachelor of Education (Distance or open university degrees are not accepted)
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in the same field
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong IT and presentation skills
• Ability to pass a UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with the CBSE curriculum
