Homeroom Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate instruction following the American curriculum (Common Core State Standards).
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning for KG students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and differentiated instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student growth and well-being.
• Actively participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Valid teaching license or certification specifically for Early Childhood or Elementary Education.
• 4 years of full-time teaching experience in Kindergarten or Early Years.
• Proficiency in American curriculum standards (CCSS and US-based frameworks).
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an ADEK Teacher Permit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Prior experience working in an international school setting.
• Experience working within a diverse cultural environment.
