Home Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Providing support for activities of daily living, respite care, and dementia care
• Providing personal care assistance including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Preparing meals and monitoring medications
• Assisting clients with errands such as grocery shopping or medical appointments
• Maintaining a clean living environment through housekeeping tasks like vacuuming and laundry
• Reporting with care notes

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation with an insured car
• CPR and/or First Aid Certification
• Clear Criminal Background Check
• Ability to travel within Stewiacke and surrounding areas
