About the Company

Hassle Free Home Services was born out of a realization that homeownership came with its share of surprises. Since 2003, we've assisted hundreds of homeowners with a simple motto: “one call solves it all.” Our monthly home maintenance and management services are designed to let homeowners reclaim their precious free time.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site onboarding visits in members' homes
• Complete scheduled maintenance and repairs for members' homes
• Win and manage subcontracted project business (e.g., HVAC, hardscaping, gutter cleaning)
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships for subcontracted services
• Provide high-quality service and communication to members
• Solve customer challenges and implement new market processes
• Support the hiring and training of new Technicians and Home Managers

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in home maintenance, repair, or general contracting
• Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire a team
• Willingness to perform hands-on work and adopt a "no task is too small" mentality
