Home Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of individual contributors to define product requirements for IPH/CISS, MEMs, and FCI products.
• Manage project lifecycles, including headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs, to ensure alignment with organizational roadmaps.
• Drive product, process, and material improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing excellence and cost reduction.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding product quality and delivery.
• Resolve quality issues by performing root cause analysis to prevent repeat incidents.
• Perform talent management duties, including recruitment, coaching, and career development for team members.
• Partner with Customer Assurance to integrate customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong people management and collaboration skills with experience leading diverse teams.
• Deep knowledge of TIJ technologies, processes, and product performance.
• Understanding of Design of Experiment (DOE), test planning, product reliability, and characterization.
• Understanding of Industrial 4.0/5.0 concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying AI to product development and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of ISO9K, ISO 14K/18K/45K/50K, and Lean Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with chemical management.
