Home Medical Equipment Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and pick up home medical and oxygen equipment within an assigned route.
• Safely load and unload equipment at delivery sites while upholding high safety standards.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability and safety.
• Complete required regulatory paperwork, including TDG documentation and Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Perform routine equipment assessments, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify potential repairs.
• Provide product education and supporting documentation to clients.
• Maintain daily inventory tasks and good housekeeping practices in the work environment.
• Work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call emergency service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 12 months of relevant driving experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift objects up to 75 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort using smartphone technology.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
