Home Medical Equipment Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and pick up home medical and oxygen equipment within an assigned route
• Safely load and unload equipment at delivery sites while upholding high safety standards
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability and safety
• Complete required regulatory paperwork, including TDG documentation and Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Perform routine equipment assessments and troubleshoot malfunctions at customer sites
• Provide product education and supporting documentation to clients
• Maintain inventory tasks and good housekeeping practices in the work environment
• Work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call emergency service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 12 months of relevant driving experience
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to lift objects up to 75 pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort using smartphone technology
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
