Home Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed property inspections after guest check-outs and prior to homeowner arrivals
• Identify and report property damage or maintenance issues caused by normal use
• Execute minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures
• Assist the guest services team with in-house guest issues and questions
• Self-manage and route daily travel between various properties throughout South Lake Tahoe
• Communicate frequently with supervisors and team members using industry-leading technology

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule
• Basic technical skills using a smartphone and web applications
• Proven home maintenance skills (an assessment will be performed during the interview)
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Must be located within 15 miles of our local office

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in property management
• 1 year of experience in customer service
