Home Maintenance Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform property inspections after guest check-outs and prior to homeowner arrivals to ensure high maintenance standards
• Identify and report any damage caused by guests or maintenance issues arising from normal use
• Execute minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures
• Assist the guest services team with in-house guest issues as they arise
• Self-manage and route your daily schedule to visit various properties throughout the day
• Communicate frequently with supervisors and team members regarding property conditions

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Thursday through Sunday availability
• Basic home maintenance skills (an assessment will be performed during the interview)
• Proficiency using a smartphone and web applications
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Must be located within 15 miles of our local office in Park City

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in property management
• 1 year of experience in customer service
