Home Loan Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support customers through their home loan journey via phone, email, and video
• Utilize Australia’s #1 home loan platform and AI-powered tools to drive settlements
• Manage pre-qualified customer appointments to focus on conversion rather than cold leads
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team to minimize administrative burden
• Build long-term customer relationships and explore referral income across integrated property services

Requirements

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or a willingness to obtain one (support is provided)
• Experience in sales, broking, lending, customer service, or phone-based financial services
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• A genuine passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership
• Strong drive, motivation, and integrity
