Responsibilities

• Support customers through their home loan journey via phone, email, and video
• Utilize Australia’s #1 home loan platform and AI-powered tools to drive faster settlements
• Manage pre-qualified customer appointments to focus on conversion rather than cold leads
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team to minimize administrative burden
• Access referral income opportunities across integrated property services like conveyancing and buyer's agents

Requirements

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or a willingness to obtain one
• Experience in sales, broking, lending, or customer service
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• A genuine passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership
