Home Lending Advisor Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support Home Lending Advisors by managing initial inquiry calls for prequalification and taking complete loan applications.
• Request and review necessary documentation from borrowers to facilitate the loan process.
• Proactively review complex files to identify potential issues and collaborate with Advisors on workable solutions.
• Manage the loan pipeline by providing consistent status updates to Advisors, borrowers, and builders.
• Act as a primary liaison between Advisors, branches, processing centers, and realtors to coordinate submissions and closings.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to buyers, sellers, and realtors, including assisting at open houses and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Minimum of four years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products or similar software.
• Excellent customer service, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high productivity in a changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing and advertising.
