Home Hospitalization Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide technically complex nursing care autonomously at the client's home (e.g., blood transfusion, peritoneal dialysis, IV antibiotic therapy)
• Deliver complete personalized care to clients of all ages with heavy pathologies (adult and pediatric palliative care) or chronic conditions
• Act as a situation referent following nursing ethical principles to ensure global client care
• Participate in the institutional mission to promote staying at home in a stimulating environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Minimum two years of professional experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Dexterity in technical nursing procedures
• Ability to adapt, remain flexible, and react quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stress
• Knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network
• Ability to work both autonomously and within an interdisciplinary team
• Mandatory mobility via car
