About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to assisted living and memory care residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Build meaningful connections with residents to support their well-being
Requirements
- Valid CNA license or HHA certificate
- Ability to work part-time shifts (7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community
- Previous experience working with individuals living with dementia
