Home Health Administrator, RN

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and assistance in all matters relating to personnel and patient care services
• Oversee and manage patient and personnel assignments to ensure optimal interdisciplinary care
• Coordinate care through development and implementation of policies, procedures, and personnel education
• Manage patient referrals and ensure assessment of patient needs
• Assist in the development and interpretation of the agency's philosophy and objectives
• Establish standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Minimum 2 years of home health experience
• Proven regulatory or leadership experience
• Knowledge of communication skills for geriatric populations
