Home Design Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end administration of home design projects including sales orders, drawings, and floor plans
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, installation teams, and third-party partners to ensure timely project delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to provide project updates and manage expectations
• Monitor project timelines and follow through on deliverables and after-sales matters
• Maintain accurate project data and client documentation across internal systems
• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and service recovery cases
• Generate and track sales and project performance reports

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, renovations, or retail operations preferred
• Experience in project coordination, sales administration, or order fulfilment
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination
• Familiarity with order management platforms and operational tracking tools
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize workload under pressure
• Strong numerical and documentation handling skills
