Home Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations for Airbnb Luxe properties
• Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions
• Complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts
• Coordinate scheduling and availability through email and digital tools
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all evaluation reports

Requirements

• Located within a 1-hour driving distance of the Amalfi Coast
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations
• Flexible schedule to accommodate as-needed assignments
• Ownership of a smartphone or tablet for report completion and photo uploads
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or customer service
• Experience in interior design or real estate
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
