Home Concierge Specialist

Responsibilities

• Dial up to 80 calls daily to customers expecting communication
• Educate home buyers and sellers on Clever’s process and value proposition
• Discover customer needs and provide guidance on services
• Collect and verify key customer details for real estate agent handoffs
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer transfers
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a call-center environment
• Comfort working in a remote environment with high call volume
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multi-task during customer conversations
