Home Care Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide home help services including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
• Deliver personal care services such as assisting with showering, dressing, and mobility
• Offer complex care for clients with high needs, including dementia support
• Provide social and emotional support and transport to lifestyle activities or appointments
• Assist family carers by providing respite opportunities

Requirements

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Access to an insured, roadworthy vehicle
• An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and build positive relationships with clients and families
