About the role
Responsibilities
- Install medical equipment at patients' homes according to client requests and agreed timelines
- Train patients and caregivers on the use of installed medical devices
- Ensure medical devices (DM) are compliant and ready for scheduled tours
- Perform periodic checks on the proper functioning of equipment in accordance with regulations
- Collect medical devices at the end of treatment
- Handle disinfection and cleaning of medical devices
- Report technical or administrative difficulties encountered during interventions
Requirements
- Mandatory previous experience in the medical sector or home care
- Knowledge of medical devices (DM) for home installation
- Ability to install, recover, and maintain medical equipment
- Professionalism, empathy, and strong listening skills
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and rigor
