About the Company
ABM PHARMA, a subsidiary of the Phoenix/OCP group, is a home medical-technical service provider operating throughout France. We specialize in supporting aging populations within their homes.
Responsibilities
- Install medical equipment at patients' homes according to client requests and agreed timelines
- Train patients and caregivers on the proper use of installed medical devices
- Ensure the correct functioning of medical devices through periodic controls
- Perform disinfection, cleaning, and maintenance of medical devices
- Collect medical devices at the end of treatment
- Report technical or administrative difficulties encountered during interventions
- Manage deliveries and pickups of medical devices at pharmacies when required
Requirements
- Mandatory previous experience in the medical sector or home care
- Knowledge of medical devices (DM) for home installation
- Ability to install, recover, and maintain medical equipment
- Strong professional ethics, empathy, and listening skills
- Highly organized, autonomous, and rigorous approach to work
