HOLT Portfolio & Quantitative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Leverage data from the HOLT framework to produce research reports focused on market themes, quantitative strategies, and portfolio positioning.
• Conduct client portfolio reviews to analyze fundamental profiles relative to benchmarks and discuss individual holdings.
• Generate industry and company-specific insights using the HOLT framework and sector economics.
• Analyze market signals and their application to fundamental and quantitative investment processes.
• Collaborate with Equity Research, Wealth Management, and Global Markets teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience analyzing large financial datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in R, SQL, or Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Axioma, or Barra.
• Demonstrated passion for investing, the stock market, quantitative investing, or macroeconomics.
