Holistic Experience Transformation Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic catalogue of product forms, flavors, and textures to enhance perceived efficacy in Vitamins & Minerals and Digestive Health.
• Identify future-facing experience opportunities across various formats and delivery systems to drive innovation.
• Translate consumer and sensory insights into experience platforms that drive product compliance and brand loyalty.
• Act as a global experience partner to brand development scientists to ensure alignment between product experience and brand promise.
• Build and implement scalable experience design principles and benchmarks across different markets and formats.
• Influence upstream concept development by embedding experience as a core driver of product credibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, Consumer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Significant experience in product experience, sensory science, or formulation development within the FMCG or consumer health industries.
• Deep understanding of organoleptic properties, sensory evaluation, and consumer behavior related to product usage.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into tangible product innovation and differentiated experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within global, matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of wellness categories such as multivitamins, supplements, or digestive health products.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation pipelines and create scalable platforms across multiple markets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
