Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Long Haul & Short Haul destinations including Europe, Nordic Region, Australia, and New Zealand
• Design customized itineraries based on customer requirements
• Deliver assigned sales targets consistently through effective customer persuasion
• Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing company values
• Work with cross-functional teams like Ops, product, and supply to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Tourism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
