About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet children and lead morning and afternoon activities with energy and enthusiasm
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, inclusive sessions including sports, arts & crafts, drama, and team challenges
- Manage and motivate a small team to deliver high-quality care and play experiences
- Communicate confidently with parents, host school staff, and central operations
- Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
- Natural leadership with a confident, caring, and creative approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised planning and team management abilities
- Genuine passion for working with children aged 4–11
- Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education policy
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check and provide two references
