Responsibilities

• Perform direct healthcare assistance to users (vacuuming, floor washing, changing bed linen, laundry, shopping, etc.)
• Collaborate with users, relatives, and local authorities to help users live at home as long as possible
• Contribute to service design and innovation alongside management
• Document, observe, and register activities in accordance with legal requirements

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written Norwegian (minimum B1 level)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Structured, responsible, and high work ethic
• Valid work and residence permit in Norway
• Clean criminal record (police certificate required)
• Good computer skills and familiarity with journal systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver's license (Class B)
• Experience in practical assistance or home care
