HIV Prevention National Head of Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead the national sales strategy and execution for the HIV Prevention portfolio to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Define and execute sales strategies aligned with franchise and brand priorities while responding to competitive and regulatory dynamics.
• Drive accountability for revenue, market share, and operational performance across all U.S. regions.
• Prepare the organization for upcoming product launches and market-shaping initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Analytics, and HR to ensure enterprise alignment.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization of leaders, fostering an inclusive and performance-driven culture.
• Manage field deployment, resource optimization, and incentive compensation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 16 years of relevant experience, OR
• Master's Degree and 14 years of relevant experience, OR
• PhD and 14 years of relevant experience.
• Proven strategic leadership and P&L ownership.
• Extensive commercial experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Proven experience leading leaders within large, matrixed commercial organizations.
• Track record of driving organizational transformation and performance improvement.
• Expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, and lifecycle management.
• Deep experience in HIV and/or prevention markets.
• High emotional intelligence with exceptional stakeholder influence skills.
