About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete a variety of projects including historic structure maintenance, cemetery preservation, roofing, masonry, window restoration, log maintenance, and general carpentry
  • Rotate through crew roles such as safety, documentation, and fleet
  • Camp at or near project sites and prepare meals as a crew
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Travel to sites across the state in crew vehicles

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Ability to commit to a 9-day-on, 5-day-off hitch schedule
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor
  • Ability to camp at or near project sites
