Hiring Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for external and internal roles, including Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Support Technicians.
• Handle the entire lifecycle from initial need assessment to the signing of employment offers.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by providing continuous support and guidance throughout the process.
• Advise hiring managers on strategic needs, interview techniques, and negotiations.
• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs (time to fill, source of applications, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent OVHcloud at various recruitment and employment events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment within an agency or corporate environment, ideally in an international context.
• Proven mastery of sourcing and direct approach techniques.
• English proficiency at a B2 level minimum.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using SAP.
• Familiarity with customer relations and customer success roles.
