HiL and Requirements Coordinator – Drive Systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) activities for BEV and REEV drive system components
• Plan, steer, and supervise HiL test execution and environment availability
• Coordinate the HiL execution team by providing scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria
• Define and align HiL test strategies for operating strategies, diagnostics, and fault reactions
• Track HiL execution progress, manage dependencies, and identify risks
• Oversee drive-system requirements management, including completeness and consistency reviews
• Coordinate and control drive-system test-case management and traceability
• Monitor the quality of requirements and test-case management processes
• Provide structured status reporting on HiL progress and requirements maturity
• Liaise with function development, calibration, and systems architecture teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, IT Systems, or Engineering Technology
• 8+ years of experience in automotive concept or serial development
• Prior hands-on experience in HiL test development, scripting, or execution
• Strong understanding of HiL architectures and automation concepts
• Solid understanding of requirements engineering and test-case management
• Experience with system engineering, integration, and validation processes
• Proven coordination and project-steering skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
