About the role
Responsibilities
- Undertaking excavations in various materials within footpaths, including track work and joint holes
- Assisting with backfill and reinstatement of excavations to meet quality standards
- Completing documentation to comply with health & safety and NERS requirements
- Supporting the team as a safety assistant for live LV cable jointers
- Driving works vehicles and adhering to HSG47 safety protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience with excavations and understanding of HSG47
- Knowledge of streetlighting civils tasks
- NRSWA operative qualification
- Full driving licence
