Highway Bridge Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Highway and Bridge Maintenance Department
• Oversee maintenance and protection of temporary traffic control
• Operate highway maintenance equipment including bridge inspection units, bucket trucks, and street sweepers
• Supervise a team of 4-6 individuals
• Lead daily safety meetings and communicate with on-site inspectors
• Manage daily production goals, customer communications, and work scheduling
• Travel away from home for up to 1 week at a time in DE, NJ, NY, PA, and VA

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• 1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Ability to travel for work assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior highway maintenance experience
• Class CDL A or B license
