High Voltage Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the national technical team, acting as a mentor to elevate performance
• Supervise high-voltage inspections to ensure strict compliance with current regulations
• Provide strategic consultancy to major accounts and resolve complex technical incidents
• Prepare activity reports and lead audits to optimize operational processes
• Integrate occupational risk prevention and safety as a core pillar in all national operations

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Superior, Technical, or Undergraduate)
• Demonstrable experience in electricity within OCA, maintenance companies, or Facility Services
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams and managing technical projects
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to travel nationally to lead area deployment across different delegations
