High Voltage Field Service Technologist

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance and maintenance testing and inspection of electrical power installations including switchgears, circuit breakers, and power transformers
• Follow NETA Acceptance and Maintenance standards
• Maintain safety certifications such as First Aid, H2S Alive, and Fall Arrest
• Work safely on low, medium, and high voltage electrical installations
• Complete project paperwork including eCompliance documents, daily summaries, and test forms
• Assist with construction work of small-scale electrical installations
• Write and compile technical reports under the direction of a team lead
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for jobs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of field experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with NETA Acceptance/Maintenance standards
• Intermediate computer skills
• Valid driver's license and suitable driving record
• Ability to travel for work as required
• Proficiency with hand tools and electrical test equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• NETA Level I or II certification
