About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage design assurance for high voltage systems across all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) in accordance with approved guidelines
- Provide test assurance for high voltage installations
- Coordinate design activities, including drawings and specifications, with other design disciplines within an integrated team
- Implement and manage the value engineering process to identify cost and time optimization opportunities
- Oversee design-based activities for outsourced design packages, including technical approvals and design reviews
- Collaborate with the integrated project delivery team and report to the Project Manager
- Ensure engineering and design learnings are shared and implemented across all projects
Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience managing low voltage systems design projects
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code
- Proficiency in value engineering, design review, and quality management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
