Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity HV battery cost studies and benchmarking analyses
• Perform system-level cost analyses covering battery cells, control systems, mechanical components, and thermal management
• Identify cost drivers including materials, tooling, manufacturing processes, and logistics
• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers
• Act as a key technical interface during project delivery and lead deep-dive discussions with stakeholders
• Contribute to the evolution of internal cost models, templates, and databases

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HV battery engineering or automotive cost engineering
• Strong understanding of HV battery design, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Expertise in HV battery system development trends and entire system architecture
• Knowledge of design-to-cost methodologies and automotive cost structures
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
