About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide personalized advisory services to a high-value client portfolio, including public figures, executives, and high-ranking officials.
- Strengthen commercial and reputational relationships through a differentiated value proposition of specific financial products.
- Drive client loyalty, cross-selling, and profitability by identifying specialized financial needs and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all current regulations, service models, and internal processes to mitigate risks and sanctions.
- Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) levels by providing high-quality service and resolving client issues effectively.
- Coordinate with internal areas and specialized support centers to provide seamless solutions for client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of one year of experience in commercial roles within a Financial Group (GFB).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (at least 80%).
- Ability to visit clients in person.
- Proactive decision-making skills and a professional image.
Preferred Qualifications
- English language proficiency (50% or higher is desirable).
