About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, daily interaction with existing and potential clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
  • Order medical records and communicate with providers during treatment
  • Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions
  • Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances
  • Maintain organized case files and work with coworkers on case management
  • Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers
  • Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of legal or insurance adjuster experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and litigation documentation
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience as a case manager
