High Throughput Process Development Scientist

Responsibilities

• Execute high throughput process development (HTPD) experiments using BSL-1 and BSL-2 biological agents and viruses
• Operate and maintain laboratory automation equipment, specifically Tecan and Hamilton systems
• Perform analytical testing including cell-based assays, biochemical testing, and HPLC
• Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, and culture media
• Analyze, track, and report experimental data to client staff members
• Maintain accurate records and test results in compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Document work clearly and communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements

• B.S. in Biology, Cell Biology, Bio/chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
• One year of general laboratory experience
• Hands-on automation experience with TECAN and Hamilton systems, including coding/scripting
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to new techniques in a fast-paced environment
