High-Speed Design Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate Electronics Control Units (ECU) for Electric Vehicles
• Provide ongoing support for deployed hardware systems to ensure reliability and performance
• Lead investigations into hardware failures using analytical techniques to resolve root causes
• Develop and execute test plans to validate hardware functionality, performance, and industry compliance
• Identify opportunities for design enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with software, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless product integration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• 7 years of experience in hardware design and development, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD
• Solid understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management
• Hands-on experience with high-speed design validation and circuit debugging
• Experience with networking and communication protocols including Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, or GMSL
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
