- Implement curricula and activities to meet high academic standards

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher

- Ability to implement feedback from school leaders
- For Massachusetts roles: must obtain appropriate MA educator's license or pass required MTELs within the first year
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years teaching experience in an urban public or charter school setting
- Valid State Certification
- Master's degree
- Prior experience working in schools or urban communities
